How to Care for Your CAVOS Candle
Before each use, trim the wick of the candle by 5mm.
Allow the wax to melt all the way to the edge before extinguishing.
Burn for at least 2 hours on first use.
Never leave the candle unattended. Keep away from kids and pets.

Courier Shipping:
Choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. Rates are calculated automatically based on your location and chosen carrier.
Local Delivery / Pickup:
If you’re located in the Montreal area, you can select local delivery at checkout or arrange local pickup when available. Details and instructions will be sent once your order is confirmed.
All orders ship within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all candle purchases are final sale.
However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll replace it right away.
Eligible for replacement:
- Broken jars
- Damaged packaging during transit
- Incorrect scent or product
- Wick issues or performance problems (rare but can happen)
Not eligible for return:
- Used candles
- Candles with signs of burning
- Personal scent preference after use
- Sale items or custom orders
